Through PRIME Services Custom Contracting and Audit Services, we assist the members
in obtaining the best prices available and verify that the correct prices are received.
PRIME Services maintains a current and vast database of products and prices from
contract and non-contract suppliers. This database allows us to assist the member
in determining the best deals available from suppliers. PRIME Services will use
a combination of our group purchasing agreements, the members agreements and others,
to first get the member the best prices and then verify on a quarterly basis that
suppliers are charging the correct prices. The first step is obtaining prices, the
second, identifying best product values, and third, verifying the correct price
